Seeing a pattern here when regular TSM is off, end of day sub TSM allows OT and VOILA.... next morning NOTHING.
Would get on this evening and make some lines; however, had to take a part time evening gig to survive and can't afford to just blow that PT job off.
Regular TSm seems to have a better understanding of the work flow and OT offerings.
This TSM is nice enough, don't get me wrong, it's just this has happened on more than once while she is covering and I don't suppose it will stop anytime in the near future.
