Being paid for holidays, etc. is not in the contract. My costs can be deducted on my taxes. Management would laugh hysterically. IC's are obviously not employees. If I chose to work a holiday, it's because I need the money. Which VAs I work on is private information. In the words of Steve Tyler, "dream on!"
