(but not for M*Modal) I correct it if it's straight typing, but I don't bother correcting if it's in voice recognition. If the facility wants it that way, then they can have the VR default to that.
I spent a couple of years working at MM and the nitpicky, over-editing burden on the MT is ridiculous, along with senseless and contradictory "corrections." It's one of the reasons I left.
