Why is it a ridiculous thought? Do you have information that the rest of us don't? If so, plese share. We all know this and other companies lie through their teeth and treat their MTs like crap, so why is it ridiculous to think that they are underhandedly trying to get us to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment, PTO, etc., etc.?
We certainly aren't getting any answers/information from the higher ups. We used to get emails all day long; now we barely hear anything unless it's another email telling us how stupid/incompetent/useless (in other words) we are, 99.5% isn't good enough, etc., so what are we supposed to think? Again, if you have other or inside information, please share.
I for one would really like to know the truth about what is happening in this company. It's obvious it isn't good when you have 3 management level employees fromn the same group who all leave within a short time of each other and MTs dropping like flies left and right because they can't stand it anymore (yet, surprisingly, we aren't being forced to do OT because there isn't even enough work available for regular work, let alone OT).
