I often google "these people" to see what they look like. I started doing it to help understand their nationality, speech impediment, see what they looked like to help figure out how they talked. Now I tend to do it to see what the rude jerk looks like. And of course their Healthgrades profile always pops up, with their number of stars (review). Boy, it is SOOOO tempting to go in there and rip them apart. That's ugly, I know. But the thought sure feels good. (yikes!)
