many many years ago, I complained because we didn't get bereavement pay while their in-house employees did. Not saying it was because of my complaint, but they DID change that rule. We complained about the high cost of insurance, and this year we got a bit of a reprieve from that. If we don't complaint, naturally nothing will be done. I, for one, WILL keep on complaining, even if they DO hate me for it! LOL
