Bayscribe CNTRL+Down Arrow - Alianated

I am using Bayscribe, now recordsone, and I used to be able to use cntrl+down arrow and jump to the next paragraph. Now, all it does is jump to the end of the entire document or jump back up if I hit cntrl+up arrow. I use this short cut 1000s of times during the day and it's very annoying not to have it. Does anyone else have this issue or have you resolved it and remember how? Thank you.
