Bonuses? - Nuance got rid of bonuses a year ago

No matter what account you may start on, if it is too easy, it will go to India and they will switch you to another account that is too difficult to put Indian workers on. I am not posting my pay but only that it varies and that is across the board Nuance policy. You may want to have the person you interviewed with clarify bonuses and/or pay grid. I made 1 typo error and I lost $90 on my total pay.
