Enjoyed your post. It made me very sad the other day, decided to throw out old tax returns I've kept waaaay too long. How sad that I made 10 grand more a year 20 years ago than I make now doing the exact same job . . . and MModal tells us they made all these changes to make things easier for us and help us produce more work faster. What a bunch of crap. The only people we helped were upper management. Good wishes to all of us in the future from here, too!
