Several states have classes for ex-felons and how to find a job, explain to employers, etc. Of course, this would depend on the felony. Because MT and coding are work from home jobs and not in an office, employers are more likely to take a chance on you than if you were being hired to go into their brick and mortar place of business. It also avoids face-to-face interviews. As far as extensive background checks, etc., I beg to differ with other posters because so much of this work is off-shored to foreign countries. Do they know anything about the character and past of those foreign workers? How many ex-felons are there in the USA? None of them get jobs? The bottom line is companies want to make money. Somebody, somewhere will give you a break. Good luck!
