Same thing happened to me. We got a new account and it was mostly op notes and I loved it, but the doctors dictated so fast, I could barely understand it and voice made a mess of what they were saying.
Anyway, due to low QA scores, even though some reports were 100%, they said I wasn't able to meet "their standards." They truly are the devil.
I was so desperate at that time, I literally begged to be given some more time and I would really try to get some of these dictators down, but no go. Heartless, horrible people. Let India have them.
