If you're utilizing the Inscribe platform (I have no idea about other platforms), some of the voice rec reports heavily utilize normals and templates (QT text/yellow highlighted text), which is not paid at all, even if you spend 10 minutes inserting normals (macros) you won't get paid if it loads under a voice rec report.
I've asked my TSM about this twice and she has not responded either time.
Actually, she rarely responds to any emails lately.
