escaping - night baker

I applied at Panera Bread for a night position baking. Four 10-hour shifts . If I get it, 3 real days off a week.

Shoveling bread in and out of an oven, mindless work that invites deep thought, and then leaving work to go home smelling like bread sounds pretty good to me right now.

I could unplug completely. No internet anymore. Peace. Simplify. Finally relax.

Maybe a Panera Breast near you has openings you may be interested in.
