I've worked for them going on a year now, and I speak from my experience only. I very rarely run out of work. They do not micromanage; the only emails I get are answers to requested feedback, updates on my account or new account postings. And although it sounds like a small thing, last week I got a birthday card from them; also received welcome aboard and Christmas cards as well. Again, this is strictly my experience. Hope it helps.
