I got the same letter a couple years ago, that full-time employees were covered. Found out from the benefits teleconference/information a few months ago that it does NOT meet criteria. Yet, I called FCE early in the year and they said it sure did.
Also, I'm wondering what happened to getting "real" health insurance, as mentioned in the teleconference, since AP has so many employees now. My worry is, AP decided to eat the fee, since the first 30 full-time employees are excluded from the fine.
