In CA if there is no work available, they are supposed to pay you for 4 hours of your shift, they have never done that for me.
In CA, they are REQUIRED to give you 2 paid 10 minute breaks per 8 hour shift. I have been told I am not allowed paid breaks and told I would be put on performance management if I don't log off TeamWork for breaks.
I think those of us in CA may have a good shot at getting unemployment and perhaps getting MModal into very hot water for breaking labor laws.
