lost reports - all smiles

when I'm logged out due to "lost connectivity and I clock back in, pull worklist, sometimes I do get the report back, sometimes not.

If the report is due to go OTAT, then it is immediately reassigned. If someone pulls it, then I'm screwed.

So that is why I've lost about $1600 over this whole lost connectivity issue.

Not to mention all the money I spent trying to fix it.
