I wonder if they have different managers for different accounts?
We were required to install Yahoo Messenger, so if I took too long on a report trying to find the spelling of a doctor, etc., a Yahoo message pops up on the screen asking "are you still working?" and I not only have to continue researching but have to stop and email the manager to advise them that yes, I am still working. This is treating their professional staff like they are in 1st grade.
If you have never been tracked, I'm happy for you. Perhaps you could ask them why. I'm dying to know as my time off the keyboard was working, not goofing off!
