The POC team is just a group of people who are supposed to make sure work is assigned and keeps flowing. However, I find that the POC team is kind of useless and doesn't really do anything. I have contacted them via email and Spark during OOW times and have gotten nothing in return. They're a joke. I wish I could be on POC team so I could sit around, collect pay and do nothing! I find my POC team on Spark under US-POC, they're all listed there, just depends which team you're on as to which POC team covers your accounts. Hope that helps!
