How do I decrypt encrypted files from Express Dictate? - Joanie Posted: Nov 25th, 2015 - 2:45 pm
My account just started to use Express Dictate and is sending audio to me that I can't open. I have Express Scribe Pro, latest version. I've tried everything I can think of to open these and still can't. I get a message that the decryption key is incorrect. Don't I need the key/password from the doctor that he's used to encrypt them? I have emailed the office and the doctor telling them I can't open them but they keep sending them!
