Cisplatin vs cisplatinum - Totally confused Posted: Nov 25th, 2015 - 12:50 pm
Seems like a lot of oncologists dictate cisplatinum for cisplatin. I can't verify anywhere that cisplatinum is actually the name of a drug. If you Google cisplatinum, it shows only results for cisplatin. But these are oncologists saying it this way! Do you change it to cisplatin? Or type it as they say it, even though it seems not be the actual real drug name?
