Best of luck to you. I would definitely have specialty books/references/websites for Infectious Disease, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, hospital labs and whatever else you can arm yourself with.

Surgeries will be more challenging, but if you know all your ligaments, muscles, organs and other internal anatomy, you should be okay once you get the "flow of words." Surgeries are very repetitive and you can really get some good lines in with a good short-cut program.
