I had similar problems with Enterprise platform. I spent $600 trying to jump through hoops and did everything suggested above. Like you, the problem was ONLY with Enterprise. I heard from several coworkers who had similar problems and were always told it was their fault. I believe that since Enterprise is an older platform that I do not believe they want to continue, that the problems are on their end and they don't wish to upgrade or put any money into the platform. I could be wrong of course, just my opinion and I jumped through so many hoops just like you to no avail. Good luck.
