"The patient has end-stage renal dialysis and will need hemo disease." This particular lady says things like this all the time. Is she just trying to keep me on my toes or is she a total airheaded moron? I am placing my money on the latter.
Things like this normally wouldn't bother me -- but lately it's like nails on a chalkboard....probably because I'm counting the days until I'm out of this sorry "career" for good!
