So tired of being asked to lunch by friends and family and having to decline since I am chained to my desk. It's just crazy to work like this. They love comparing this to a "real office job." Well, all of the offices I've ever worked in would have no problem whatsoever with me taking a little extra lunch time once in a while. Being a good employee and always getting my work done is what has mattered with every other job I've ever had. This is how the real world works, M-Modal. Please loosen your grip.
