It sounds like Nuance considers you "credentialed" due to your high-quality performance and so they now have higher standard for you. In a normal company, you would get a raise for good performance. This don't make sense at all. I was just thinking the other day that nobody needs to make more than 3 million dollars a year (to make it non-Communism or Socialist, I say you should be allowed to make 3 million annually) but above that is just gruesome greed and helps no one, not even the greedy person. Anybody making beyond 3 million dollars a year should be either giving lots of money to charity or the needy. I think Nuance's employees could be considered "the needy." Paul Ricci is certainly selfish.
