I have an new ortho spine resident that dictates the following. I cannot figure out what the level 4 _____ is. It sounds like he is saying gaze.
Patient with lumbar spine pain.
STANCE: She demonstrates a level 4 _____. There is no stoop. There is no crouch. There is no truncal shift. GAIT: She demonstrates a reciprocal heel-toe gait pattern. She is able to walk on her heels and toes as well as perform tandem gait. UPPER MOTOR NEURON TESTING: Babinski is downgoing. No clonus bilaterally. She demonstrates normal Romberg.
