I contract with several physician's offices and THEY provide all of the required software, servers, etc. I have NO out of pocket costs with any of my offices. I picked out the recorders but the offices bought them. They provided the encrypted emails and such. Oh, and all of my offices purchased digital records at Office Depot for approximately $70 each.
