I have turned off my email during my shift. If i talk to my supervisor or coach, i ask for the time we spent on the phone so i can use conference call on my timecard. I don't think i will email anymore. If anything is not up to my standards on my computer i call support and get a ticket number. Never do remedy. Have complained and complained about voice quality. I am thinking about now calling support every time because my MM equipment might be the problem. I also do not get paid for the beginning of a job when it takes so much more time to get to the right patient, etc., than going to the bathroom or just trying to count to 100 to keep my head from exploding.
