It is a very nice dream, but unfortunately I am afraid it may be a dream. The big corporations have the ability to underbid any small MTSO and the people who make those decisions go for the money not the quality. The doctors are rarely the ones who make that decision. If you find an account that you can claim back from the big companies, I applaud you. Good luck!
