A strike or walk off the job has not been possible in the past because we can't afford to do it. In this time of NJA, we may not have anything to lose in most of us doing just that. It would definitely get their attention. We would take a financial hit initially, but in the long run we could put the MTSOs out of business and claim our clients and salaries back, but it would take the majority of American MTs to get make this happen.
