We are currently seeking independent contractors for private doctor orthopaedic work, initial consults, letters, followups, etc.  This is straight transcription with some ESLs.  Must have 2+ years RECENT experience typing orthopaedic private doctor work.

Work is done in both Inscribe and typing directly into EMR, Caretracker. 

Regulations for ICs allow for acceptance of work from other sources.  Exclusivity is not part of the IC agreement with Phoenix.

We offer flexible hours for Independent Contractors, who set their own work schedule. Work is always available, so IC controls the amount of reports transcribed.  We have work available for the equivalent of full time, or the IC may choose less hours, the equivalent of part time.

Startup:  immediate .

Compensation:  7 cpl including spaces based on 65 character line for straight typing and 2 cents for QT lines. 

Minimum lines:  500 lines daily with weekend coverage needed x five days. 

Coverage needed is later afternoon and/or evenings, at least 4 days during the week and one weekend day.

Platform:  Inscribe and Caretracker

Hardware/Software/Equipment: High speed internet/Infinity USB foot pedal.

Requirements:

Quality and attention to detail are a must. 

No entry-level positions available.
