Independent Contractor Status- Quality Assurance Team Leaders & Supervisors
All hours on based on Eastern Time Zones.
These ads are for straight transcription, not editing voice recognition files.
First Position- Team Leader- 10 plus years’ experience.
Transcription knowledge- verbatim- semi-verbatim-BOS or combo of all the above.
Experience in Spinal, Spinal surgeries & Endocrinology.
Work Types: ER notes, H&Ps, Consults, Discharges, and Letters, Clinic notes, ALF, SOAP format, Initial Evaluation, Death Summaries, Transfer Summaries, Operative Reports and other critical hospital reports. Must have the entire above, not just a few.
Must have ESL experience of 10 plus years’ experience. 20 hours a week max.
Payroll is bi-weekly- 16th through the EOM. Paydays are the 10th & 25th
Payroll is electronic wired or can be sent using Money Gram.
1) Shift- mornings- Monday thru Friday 7:00 a.m to noon
2) Credentials a plus
3) 20 hours a week

5) Knowledge of BOS
6) Quality performance of 98%
7) Must be able to QA 300 lines per hour.

9) The rate of Pay $ 13.00 an hour with at least ten plus years and current CMT certification.
10) MLS rate if transcribing 6.5 cpl
11) MUST KNOW HOW TO QA & TRANSCRIBE ACCORDING TO THE QUEEN’S ENGLISH IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. PLENTY OF WORK
12) Must have experience with QA report card and giving back feedback professionally to all new hires and random client reviews and MLSs
13) Must adhere to the AHDI standards
Second Position----Team Leader- 15 years’ experience. Unlimited hours
Transcription knowledge- verbatim- semi-verbatim-BOS or combo of all the above.

7) Keeping accurate notes during every call with client or MLS/QA
8) All American Company- privately owned
9) Must have experience with QA report card and giving feedback professionally to all new hires and random review for clients and MLSs.
14) Rate of Pay $ 14.00 an hour
15) MLS rate if transcribing 6.5 cpl
16) MUST KNOW HOW TO QA & TRANSCRIBE ACCORDING TO THE QUEEN’S ENGLISH IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. PLENTY OF WORK
Third Position- Supervisor Position- Unlimited Hours
1) Shift- early evening to midnight – Tuesday through Saturday.
2) Credentials – CMT, RHIA, RHIT, or physician.
3) Limited hours if you QA 300 lines per hour.
4) Quality performance of 98%
5) Knowledge of BOS
6) Knowledge of mentoring new hires
7) Keeping accurate notes during every call with client or MLS/QA
8) All American Company- privately owned
9) Must have experience with QA report card and giving feedback professionally to all new hires and random review for clients and MLSs.
10) The rate of Pay $ 14.00 an hour with at least CMT certification.
11) MLS rate if transcribing 6.5 cpl
12) MUST KNOW HOW TO QA & TRANSCRIBE ACCORDING TO THE QUEEN’S ENGLISH IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST. PLENTY OF WORK
Fourth Position- QA Team Supervisor- Unlimited Hours
1) Shift- early late evening to early morning before seven a.m. – Tuesday through Sunday.
2) Credentials a huge plus- RHIT, RHIT or physician.
3) Unlimited hours if you QA 300 lines per hour.
4) Quality performance of 98%
5) Knowledge of BOS
6) Knowledge of mentoring new hires
7) Keeping accurate notes during every call with client or MLS/QA
8) All American Company- privately owned
9) Must have experience with QA report card and giving feedback professionally to all new hires and random review for clients and MLSs.
10) The rate of Pay $ 15.00 an hour with more than 20-30 years of experience.
11) MLS rate if transcribing 6.5 cpl

Some of these positions depending on the software, the system gives the feedback to the MLS.
Qualified QA personnel can request to send a note to MLS for a possible fill in the blank (10 underscores, or sounds like or a potential ability to alert the client to confer with a physician.
Training is provided, but no paid.

All holidays off.
Must be able to be a team player and be available for stat situations and always leaving all work completed before signing off.
No cherry picking or returning work to the general work pool.
