That does suck...at least they were 'kind' enough to give you heads up I guess. I have seen my medical records in Epic, not too impressed, maybe it has something to do with who is entering info, I don't know, and I also extremely dislike sitting there during my rushed 15-minute appointments, or whatever it is they allot, and talking to someone who has eyes on computer and hands on keyboard rather than looking at me and listening... I hope you have a good plan, wish I did.
