whenever I need to. I try to stay focused at least an hour at a time without clocking out, sometimes I even make it to two. Some days I have times when it is every 15 minutes. Since I am paid on production, it really doesn't matter how many times I clock out, and I would rather my hourly amounts be higher when calculating PTO and OT pay. I can work however much I need to make my line count goal for the day with all this OT in place, but on a day off, I need to make as much as possible since I will only get paid for 8 hours.
