The ones who are constantly tongue or lip smacking. Or the one from the Caribbean with a thick accent and a lisp. I was so glad to get rid of that one!!
The one who sounds like she's talking with her mouth half closed, whispering her dictation, at a central station, and she's also got a slushy lisp on top of it.
A doctor who sniffs every few words through a whole dictation; "the patient is (sniff) a 45-yo female who is here (sniff) for this that and the other (sniff) thing and who states that she (sniff) has had these problems for the past (sniff) year..."
Yeah, he really does. And he is a specialist, so lots of long-winded consults.
