I get an e-mail saying they weren't able to contact me at the phone # provided. What? Have been sitting right here and no phone call. They need my shipping info. Okay....it was ON THE TICKET. So I e-mail him back. Then an hour after the e-mail, Phil calls me. I tell him my address even though it was ON THE TICKET and I just e-mailed it to him. Then, my TSM (whatever) e-mails me, tells me Phil needs my shipping address. All this so corporate can save a few bucks on IT. If I lived in a bigger city, I'd be long gone.
