well. The burn-out with this job is off the charts. I believe, you do the best you can or leave. It's not simple, but simply stated. If you are hateful, getting on here and don't have work, maybe you could talk to a counselor and see why you don't do something about your situation. I don't mean that in a bad way but am quite sure someone will need to kick me around about it. It won't matter to me.
