I can well imagine it's a lot like trying to transcribe a conversation in a cafeteria (like I hear in MT). With MT, you sort the report out of the general chatter. Sounds like in your job, you have to transcribe everything & sort out who says what. Hat's off to you if you can keep up with THAT. :)
