My platform we cannot relisten once they are sent in. :/ I think you only have x number of days once an error is flagged to challenge it. I had one I challenged, I heard one thing, reviewer another, TSM had a 3rd opinion and reviwer supervisor had a 4th. They still insisted it was a major error even with 4 different opinions of what the phrase was. I will never challenge again and am still looking for my way out of here.
