I work for her and I also tested for this account. I could not get the "trick" word. Although the test was very short, it was somewhat difficult. I'm not a big fan of letters, so I just chalked it up to, if it's not meant to be, it's not meant to be. I don't think she's rude, just perhaps extremely busy. I'm also an MTSO and have had to deal with testing and hiring. It's a VERY overwhelming process. I like her. She keeps things short and sweet, and does not haggle you.
