Tons of experience
Ability to work nights and weekends
99% accuracy rate
etc., etc., etc.
It seems the requirements get to be more and more, while the pay, the benefits, the flexibility, and any other perks for a job well done is less and less. I see some of these job ads, as the one you mention, and I laugh at them. They are really serious about the requirements and the pay.
What they are not serious about are dedicated, loyal, and long-term employees who need some flexibility, or they wouldn't be working at home, a decent wage, and MTs who have been at this for years, know their stuff, and are tired of being taken advantage of.
