With the way we were told to do OOW, it is never documented, so there is no way I can document that I was OOW for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or whatever.

We were told to clock out, wait 15 minutes, clock in, then if there is no work clock out under OOW.

So that 15 is off the clock, no way to account for it.

I had almost 2 hours of that last week.

Surprised I didn't get a phone call.
