They supposedly have some kind of team dealing with scheduling, so obviously this is a big fail when the scheduling is shorting us hours with OOW, but I still don't see how this will change things.
I do NOT hope they stop people who are continuing to grab work when they NEED to because they had none before.
We have enough problems scratching out our regular hours in addition to the FIESA garbage, and to have to beg someone who probably isn't there anyway for the right to go on there and complete your scheduled hours because you had no work previously is not something I think is very fair.
Perhaps those who always have plenty of work would like this, but not the rest of us. It's not our fault we run out of work so why should be begging to make up the time?
