Synernet, a Maine-Based Company, is growing and we are in need of additional qualified medical transcription staff. We are continuously adding new customers and so with new customers, it is necessary to hire additional MTs to support these accounts. We have positions available for 2nd and 3rd shifts, full-time, including a $2/hour shift differential for overnights. Each MT works from a cluster workpool that includes 3-5 different accounts. We also support some of our customers on their Fusion platforms. Workpools include all HIM/Acute Care worktypes include Operative and Procedure reports. We are also hiring for Per Diem MTs where you have a minimum line count requirement each week, but you have the flexibility of no set schedule!

This position is production-based pay, by the line, and also allows MTs to participate in our incentive program each pay period based on productivity and quality. Positions involve overtime as necessary, as well as working 4 holidays per calendar year.
