If you are an employee, go to the Labor Board. Also file a letter of complaint with the Fraud Division of the Attorney General of the state in which you live and with the Fraud Division of the Attorney General of the state in which the company is incorporated. And, just because I am feeling particularly litigious today (ironically am working on a med-mal case), why don't you fire off a copy of your letter to the CEO of the company as well? And if they fire you, or threaten to, see the best employee rights employment lawyer you can find (your local Bar Association can recommend a firm that handles employee labor law) and sue their six o'clock, as we used to call it in the Marines. Good luck to you!
