They pretty much told me that on a federal level, at home MTs are considered 'piecemeal' workers and equate us to the old stuffing envelopes at home gimmick and as such, the employer can pay however/whatever they want to in such cases. They pretty much shut me off when I tried to explain further, so hopefully the state level is a bit different. Good luck to anyone trying to do something. I am going to start on my state level first thing Monday morning. Thanks for the inspiration!!
