Please clarify ... Do you mean if you have a long report and send it to QA for a couple of blanks, they count all the lines in the report against you ? and vice versa if it is a short report? or do they just count the lines in which you left the blanks? i.e. 3% of total lines or only lines with blanks comprising the 3% ? Seems a rather harsh penalty ... 1 cpl is not worth your time ... is this legal?
