I found this in the NTS Guidelines. Says to transcribe as dictated made-up words such as the ones below in their example....Note the second one. I have always been told to use pus-like instead, and I have. So Nuance is saying to put that word in the report? LOL. Okay then. Not sure the dictator will like that once he actually SEES it in print. All I can think of is that putting it as pus-like will screw up their precious VR machine.
