My trainer was wonderful and she gave me feedback and showed me how to access samples on eScription. TTS has a 98% QA and I have been at 99 or above since starting, they have pretty much left me alone. I did take a few days off at the start of the school year but my TL let me make that up at the end of the week. HTH.
